The  Kiwanis Club of Sevierville, Tennessee serves the community within Sevier County with particular emphasis on the East Tennessee Children's Hospital, a Key Club at Sevier County High School, a Terrific Kids and K-Kids program at the Boys and Girls Club of Pigeon Forge and a Bring Up Grades program at Jones Cove School. In addition the club supports the youth of Wear's Valley Ranch and a host of other activities in support of the children of this community.
